Child development is happening all the time, even during our current health crisis. We invite you to complete a FREE online Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ and ASQ - Social Emotional) to check-up on your child's development. These parent-completed evaluation tools assess the development of children 0-5 years old in the areas of: communication, gross and fine motor skills, problem solving, personal social skills and social/emotional development. Once completed, a trained professional reviews the completed questionnaire and can meet virtually to offer fun activities to enhance development and/or make referrals, if necessary. If you would like to receive an online ASQ/ASQ-SE please click here.
