  1. Community Coffeehouse - Singing Tree Music Series

    The Singing Tree Music Series is music from Bow Valley artists the last Thursday of each month at St. Georges in the Pines, 100 Beaver Street. For all ages. 7 - 9 p.m. Warm up with a hot beverage and sweet treats while listening to some of the best Bow Valley talent. Free admission. Donations accepted to support the Homegrown Art Show. Dates: January 26, February 23, March 30, April 27 & May 25, 2023. Please contact Amal at Amal.Alhomsi@banff.ca if you are interested in playing or would like to volunteer.

    In badminton you will use racquets to hit a shuttlecock (or birdie) across a net at your opponent. Badminton can be played one-on-one or as doubles, so come alone or bring a friend. Racquets and birdies are provided.

     Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation at the Banff Centre

    The Canadian Swim to Survive® program is a great way for you, your children, new Canadians or those with limited swimming abilities to learn basic safety skills when in or around lakes, rivers or swimming pools. In the Swim to Survive® session, your certified instructor will teach you what to do if you unexpectedly fall into deep water including, how to roll, tread water and swim 50 meters or to the closest point to safety. All Ages. Ages 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
