The Basement is a free youth drop-in space where your child can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music or just socialize with a youth leader. Healthy snacks provided. This program is for students in Grades 5 to 8.

This full body fitness class includes cardio, strength, agility and flexibility that will leave you feeling fit and strong for all your adventures in the mountains. Join our certified instructor for a fun and motivating workout that includes, body and free weight movements. Ages 16+

Break up your week with a yoga session that follows a gentle pace with focus on stretch, strength and revitalization. This practice will begin with mindful breath work and warm up movement before focusing on strength building poses leading to full relaxation in final poses.

Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Games are played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end. Each team attempts to score goals by passing a ball down the court and shooting it through its goal ring. Come out and join other locals while working up a sweat and learn a fun new game. Ages 16+

Join others in a fun game of pickup volleyball. You can work on your serves, volleys and setting in a great social setting. Volleyballs and nets provided. Ages 16+

The Banff Newcomer Walking Tour provides young adult residents – whether permanent or temporary – with everything you need to know to live in Banff. Learn about essential programs and services, including how to register for a post office box, a free recreation pass, parking passes and more. You will also learn about our local history and meet other young adults new to the area. Every participant on this tour will receive a BanffLIFE swag bag with a variety of community resources. For ages 18-30
