    Dance conditioning is a fun workout for your body and brain that will uplift your spirits. Each session will have you moving through a warm-up for joint mobility and ease, get your heart rate up with some barre exercises and challenge your brain with some simple choreography. You will finish with some dance-based movements for strengthening and a stretch. Dance makes you agile, flexible and strong while the music makes you smile! Open to all genders and abilities.

    Enjoy some casual time skating with music. Skate and helmet rentals are available. For all ages. Adult supervision and helmets required for children aged 11 and under. Sticks and pucks are not permitted during public skating.

  1. BanffLIFE - Via Ferrata

    September 19, 2022, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    With a guide, you and other Banffites will harness up and climb the 180 m Via Ferrata on Mt. Stelfox in the David Thompson Corridor. As you climb you will be safely attached to the iron cable and rock bolts on this beautiful route! This trip is a fun way to safely explore the mountains and it has spectacular views of Abraham Lake. Technical equipment provided. This program is being generously supported by the Wim and Nancy Pauw Foundation.
