    Join a youth leader for some fun indoor and outdoor activities all summer long. Each week participants will take part in a variety of sports, free play, arts, crafts and more. Open to all genders and abilities. This program is generously funded by the Wim and Nancy Pauw Foundation. Drop-in. No registration required. Meet at Banff Elementary School Squirrel St. entrance at 9 a.m. For Grades 4-6

    Summer Get Out drop-in sports is a fun, safe space for youth to play a variety of non-competitive sports or just hanging out with a youth leader. This is an outdoor program where we use the beautiful spaces and surrounding areas to do fun activities and sports. The group meets outside Banff Elementary School at 1 p.m. on program days (Big Horn Street entrance). This program is generously supported by the Wim and Nancy Pauw Foundation.

    BanffLIFE Basecamp is a drop-in social program for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. This is the best place in town to hangout with friends in a welcoming space that is inclusive to all. Meet and connect with new or longtime locals, play games such as table tennis, billiards, foosball, board games and more! You can also enjoy affordable meals from Oh Bento including Japanese specialties like ramen and sushi.

  1. MountainLIFE - Stanley Glacier Hike

    July 12, 2022, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    On this guided day trip you will travel through a landscape that is in transition from glaciers and wildfire and uncovered the iconic 508 million year Old Burgess Shale animals that once lived in a shallow sea! You will hike over little bridges, up though the trees and have amazing view of the mountains and an expansive view of the glacier in the distance. The hike is 10 km and has an elevation of 400 m. This program is being generously supported by the Wim and Nancy Pauw Foundation.
