Celebrate all things winter at the annual SnowDays festival.

A fun fitness program that will have you focused on cardiovascular and muscular strengthening, core, and balance and ends with a nice stretch. Open to all genders and abilities.

This drop-in program is for young children who are able to free-stand and walk- providing time to play and socialize, while building gross motor skills. Caregivers may connect with friendly, Family Resource Network staff and each other- while enjoying time with their little ones. Toys and equipment will be provided. Free and open to all families of the Bow Valley. This is a drop-in program and does not require registration.

The Basement is a youth drop-in space where your child can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music or just socialize with a youth leader. Healthy snacks provided. Come out and join others to kick the ball around in a fun pickup game of soccer. Balls, pinnies and nets are provided. Open to all genders and abilities.

In badminton you will use racquets to hit a shuttlecock (or birdie) across a net at your opponent. Badminton can be played one-on-one or as doubles, so come alone or bring a friend. Racquets and birdies are provided. Open to all genders and abilities.
