    The AHS Screen Test Mobile Mammography Clinic will be returning to Banff January 12 to 15, 2022. Screen Test brings breast cancer screening to women across Alberta with its state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit. Call to book an appointment.

    The Family Connections Play Space is for caregivers of young children aged 0-6- providing a welcoming and warm space for families to enjoy. Bring your little one and drop-in to play, socialize and connect with friendly Family Resource Network staff. Free and open to all families of the Bow Valley. This is a drop-in program and does not require registration.

    Pilates is that full body workout. Your instructor will lead you through a warm-up with lots of stretching, followed by controlled movements that isolate specific muscle groups, especially your core, improving coordination and balance. Pilates is a low-impact workout, great for those recovering from an injury. Open to all genders and abilities.
