Community Programs, Activities & Drop-In Sports

  1. Cancelled - Drop-in 50+ Yoga

    April 3, 2020, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM @ 101 Bear Street, above the library

    Yoga can help get you moving, and help keep you moving. This class will include breath work, meditation, gentle stretching, a balancing sequence and relaxation. Students will improve their activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion in their joints and spine. Chairs and props will be provided to support all levels.

    Casual space with couches and tables where you can enjoy your own company or connect with others. Coffee & tea is always on for 25c. Come in & play games, read, work on your laptop, use the music room, have a chat or bring your lunch.

    Drop-in Public Skating is open to everyone. Helmets are required for children 12 and under and recommended for all skaters.

  5. Cancelled - Get Out Drop-in Sports Night

    April 3, 2020, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Banff Community High School

    Get Out drop-in sports night offers a fun, supervised, safe place for youth in Grades 7 to 10 to play in a variety of non-competitive sports every Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at Banff Community High School. You get to help set the night's agenda, choosing your sport and other activities. Snacks and beverages, plus small giveaways are part of the evening.
