    The Banff Mountain Market will be in Central Park every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The market features local and regional vendors selling fresh fruits, vegetables, artwork, jewelry, apparel, beauty products, coffee, artisan foods, pottery, photography and other handcrafted goods.

  1. Banff & Lake Louise Ambassador Program

    In the Banff & Lake Louise Ambassador Program you will learn about Banff National Park’s diverse wildlife and interesting history, its iconic places and hidden gems, and find out how to stay safe while exploring this special place. There are three parts to the Banff & Lake Louise Ambassador Program. The first is an informal one hour classroom style session followed by an interpretative sightseeing tour of Banff National Park and upon completion participants are eligible to receive the Ambassador Pass valued at over $500.

  4. The Basement – Youth Drop-in, Grades 5-6

    September 4, 2019, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Banff Canmore Community Foundation

    The Basement is a youth drop-in space at the Banff Canmore Community Foundation. It’s a place where youth can hang out, play games, do homework, work on art projects, create music or just socialize. There are board games, foosball, a shuffleboard table, guitars and keyboard, books, WiFi and even a popcorn machine. There will also be weekly activities like rock climbing, skateboarding, bowling and more. Healthy snacks available.   5. Drop-in Public Swimming

    September 4, 2019, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.
