Let's Talk Parking

Parking Management Plan Input

Residents, commuters and visitors are asked for feedback on a preliminary Parking Management Plan for Banff.

The proposal aims to make parking spaces more available in the summer by charging to park downtown and encouraging the use of free spaces on the periphery. Parking would be free before 11 a.m. and after 8 p.m. and the first 30 minutes would be free anytime.

The proposed permit system would protect parking spaces in front of downtown homes for residents only.
