Screenagers: Growing up in the Digital Age is a documentary exploring the impact of screen technology on children/youth and features challenges that many families are facing around this issue.
A special screening will be held on Thursday, February 2, 6:30 p.m. at the Max Bell Theatre at the Banff Centre. The film will be followed by a panel discussion to further discuss the ideas and strategies presented. Panel presenters include: Peter Baylis PHD Clinical Supervisor for Bow Valley Alberta Health Services Mental Health and Addictions, Colin Harris Child and Youth Program Coordinator and Executive Director of Take Me Outside, and there will be some student voices represented on the panel.
Tickets are $10 (Free for 10-18 year olds). Tickets can be purchased at screenagersmovie.com
