Pilates is a full body workout. Your instructor will lead you through a warm-up with lots of stretching, followed by controlled movements that isolate specific muscle groups, especially your core, improving coordination and balance. Pilates is a low-impact workout, great for those recovering from an injury. Open to all genders and abilities. Drop-in. No registration required. Free for Banff residents with a membership. Fees apply for non-residents. For ages 16+.
