    Bundle up for an evening winter walk with a Parks Canada guide. Come prepared to experience the wonder and cold of the season as you search for signs of Banff’s winter wildlife. Meet at the Banff Train Station then walk along the Fenland Trail. Register in person with Parks Canada Visitor Centre staff (on Banff Avenue) by 12 p.m. the day of the walk.   5. Open House: Bear Street Shared Street

    Banff residents, businesses, organizations and visitors are invited to provide input into the plan to create a permanent shared street that incorporates features and roadway designs that make pedestrians and cyclists equal users to drivers. The Town of Banff is seeking local knowledge and opinions about this important project. Public input will be considered along with environmental, economic, social and safety factors in decisions about designs to transform Bear Street into a Shared Street.

    February 28, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.
