This traditional approach to yoga encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. No class the 4th Tuesday of every month. You can pay the $6.50 drop in fee directly with the instructor or use your Town of Banff Drop-In Membership card which can purchased at 110 Bear Street or The Fenlands Recreation Centre.

    A free, drop-in workshop with artist Alana Bartol that will introduce dowsing (aka water-witching) as a creative method. Participants will explore of the role of found objects in contemporary art and have the opportunity to try their hand at dowsing. The workshop will take place both indoors and outdoors. Open to ages 6yrs+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Dowsing rods will be provided by the artist but participants are welcome to bring their own.
