Emergency First Aid (Blended)
This Red Cross blended learning first aid program is a combination of in-class and online instruction led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online portion, and skill development and theory application in the in-class instruction. This basic course offers an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home, meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Standard First Aid (Blended)
This Red Cross blended learning first aid program is a combination of in-class and online instruction led by a certified Red Cross instructor. First aid theory is covered in the online portion, and skill development and theory application in the in-class section. The course will cover first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or those who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.
