Land Use Bylaw Review
Land Use Bylaw ReviewThe Land Use Bylaw is the Town's primary governance tool. It's a dynamic document which is subject to change in order to ensure it corresponds with the goals and objectives of the Banff Community Plan, as well as other relevant legislation, such as the Banff National Park Management Plan.

When amendments to the bylaw are being proposed, they will be posted here, along with public hearing dates and times.

Through the Incorporation Agreement, Parks Canada has to approve any amendments to the Land Use Bylaw.
