Recycling in BanffAnnual Recycling Round-Up
The Annual Recycling Round-Up is Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the recycling depot on Beaver Street, next to the Fire Hall.

Transfer Site
For added convenience, the registration point for the Transfer Site has been relocated from the main office to a kiosk on the drop-off yard's access road. The Transfer Site is open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (last load accepted at 3:15 p.m.) Drop-offs are free for residents, excluding construction waste. Fees will apply for non-residential and out-of-town deliveries.

The Town of Banff strives to be a leader in waste diversion and recycling. In 2010, each person diverted and recycled an average of 257 kilograms of waste from the landfill.
