Drop-in Classes
Drop-in ClassesDrop-in classes are a great, low-cost way to get active if you can’t commit to a weekly class. Registration is not required. Drop-in rates apply unless otherwise noted.

Schedules are subject to change. Updates on time changes and cancellations are posted at banff.ca/events. Classes and programs are not held on stat holidays.

Classes and Programs
Drop-in Ying/Yang Yoga
Yin/Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga bringing together the benefits of passive yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
For ages 16+.

Drop-in Broga
Broga is vinyasa flow yoga for men. This is a slower-paced yoga practice combined with longer holds. All abilities welcome.
For ages 16+.

Drop-in Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga is a traditional approach to yoga that encourages breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. *There is no charge for this class*

Drop-in 50+ Dance
Learn a variety of dance styles and get active in this drop-in class for adults 50+. Dancing is a fun and easy way to get moving for all fitness levels. Bring a partner or come on your own.

Drop-in Sketching
Sketching is a fun way to improve your drawing skills with an experienced instructor. On nice days you will head outdoors. Bring a sketchbook, pencil and eraser.

Drop-in Rates
Drop-in membership cards give you access to all drop-in sports, drop-in fitness classes and drop-in programs at The Fenlands. Membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be used for programs that require registration. Purchase them at Banff Town Hall, 110 Bear Street or The Fenlands, 100 Norquay Road and online at banff.ca/register.
