  1. Banff Yoga Festival

    May 24 - May 26 @ The Fenlands

    The Banff Yoga Festival returns this year bringing together teachers of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness from Banff and beyond. The Yoga Market features artisans and food vendors that encompass, practice and promote healthy living, wellness, locally sourced products, and a sense of community. Check out the market 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday at the Fenlands Recreation Centre.

  1. Try Stand Up Paddle Boarding

    May 26, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM @ Banff Canoe Club

    The Banff Canoe Club is teaching beginners the basics of using a stand up paddle board. They’ll guide you on a leisurely paddle to the Vermilion Lakes. Guides will also be on-hand to answer any questions and provide support for paddlers. These paddle boards are designed for beginners and are very stable. Equipment provided. For ages 16+.

    May 26, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Banff Springs Tennis Club

    Try tennis with the Banff Springs Tennis Club. You’ll learn about the rules, scoring and positioning in singles and doubles play. The most basic introduction of all strokes (serve, volley, and ground strokes) will be taught, focusing on impact point and proper court positioning. By the end of the session, you’ll know how to start and play points using the serve and return. Equipment provided. For ages 13+.
