  1. National Volunteer Week BBQ

    April 12, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM @ Banff Town Hall

    Anyone who has volunteered for a Town of Banff program this year is invited to our Volunteer Appreciation BBQ at Banff Town Hall on Friday April 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There will be music, a bbq, and good company! The theme this year is: The Volunteer Factor – Lifting Communities. The Volunteer Factor celebrates and recognizes the exponential impact of volunteers and how they lift our communities.

  2. Community Clean Up

    April 12, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Meet at the Central Park Gazebo

    Join volunteers from The Bear Minimum and kids from the Out-of-School Club for a community clean up on Friday, April 12 from 1-3 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Meet at the Central Park Gazebo. Bring gloves, sunblock, hat, and a water bottle. At 2:30 p.m. we will have a discussion with the kids to talk about what items were found and what actions can be taken to maintain our beautiful backyard.

    Drop-in Public Skating is open to everyone. Helmets recommended. No program on stat holidays.

  3. Drop-in Public Swimming

    April 12, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Sally Borden Building, Banff Centre

    The Sally Borden Building at the Banff Centre is home to a 25-metre pool, hot tub, wading pool and steam room. Lifejackets are provided at no charge. You can rent towels, purchase swim diapers and other aquatic accessories. Public swimming is supported in part by the Town of Banff. Pool schedules are subject to change.   4. Get Out Drop-in Sports Night

    April 12, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Banff Community High School

    Get Out drop-in sports night offers a fun, safe space for youth to play a variety of non-competitive sports. Youth get to help set the night’s agenda, choosing their sports and activities or simply just hanging out. Snacks, beverages and small giveaways are included. For Grades 7-10.
