An effective board, staff & volunteers are critical parts of the non-profit team. But how do they work together to provide leadership and direction? It is not unusual for roles to become unclear, or for board-staff relationships to lack the clarity and understanding necessary for an effective board/staff partnership. This session will include learning, discussion, exploration of these critical roles and relationships, and opportunity for questions. Relevant for board members and staff. Facilitated by Kim Rowe, Community Development Officer, Alberta Culture & Tourism
