  1. Annual Banff-Canmore Christmas Bird Count

    December 15, All Day

    Take a break from the rush of the holidays and join the Bow Valley Naturalists for the annual Christmas Bird Count. Then enjoy the camaraderie of fellow birders at the annual (and always delicious) potluck and compilation of the day’s results.     Join us on Saturdays throughout the school year to provide your little ones opportunities to meet friends, have active play, and ‘motor’ around the gymnasium. Parent participation is required. For ages 1 – 3.

    Stop by the Banff Public Library for an hour of creative crafts, exciting activities and invigorating reading materials. Ages 4-7 are welcome from 1-2 p.m. and ages 8-12 are welcome from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Spots guaranteed to the first 15 participants.
