  1. Drop In Yoga - Fridays

    January 26, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM @ Meeting Room 1 at The Fenlands Banff Recreation Centre

    The Town of Banff’s community drop-in yoga classes provide you with time to recharge and stretch your body and mind. Feel the energy as you lay your mat alongside members of your community. Our classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you want. Mats, props and instruction is provided on a drop-in basis. A slower paced vinyasa practice, combined with longer holds in certain postures. This practice will allow you to get deeper into your tissues allowing deep release of tension and stress. Suitable for anyone looking to relax, distress and release your week setting you up for a great weekend!

  2. Snacks for School & Sports Cooking Class

    January 26, 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM @ 101 Bear Street

    Have fun making and baking delicious whole-food snacks, perfect for school and sports. Hands-on cooking class with lots of samples and take-home recipes. All snacks are nut free.   3. Get Out Youth Drop-In

    January 26, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Banff Community High School Gym

    Get Out drop-in sports night offers a fun, safe place for Grades 7 – 10 to play in a variety of non-competitive sports. Youth get to help set the night’s agenda, choosing their sport and other activities. Snacks and beverages, plus small giveaways are part of the evening.
