    The Town of Banff’s community drop-in yoga classes provide you with time to recharge and stretch your body and mind. Feel the energy as you lay your mat alongside members of your community. Our classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you want. Mats, props and instruction is provided on a drop-in basis. This traditional approach to yoga encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. No class the 4th Tuesday of every month.

  4. English Language Learning

    January 23, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Banff Community High School, Rooms 202 & 204

    This course is for English language learners from beginner to intermediate. Students will be assessed during the first class. A certificate of completion will be provided to students who attend 75% or more of the classes. Course provided by the Bow Valley Learning Council and Town of Banff.
