The Bow Valley Naturalists have been active in learning about local ecosystems and advocating for their protection since 1967. They host monthly meetings from October through April (except for December) on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 101 Bear Street.

Gradually build your strength and stamina in this eight-week running course that will teach you the basics of creating a personal running program, as well as proper stretching, strengthening techniques, nutrition and injury prevention. Each session includes a group run on a mix of
roads and trails with a focus on off road destinations. You must be able to jog comfortably for five minute intervals. Instructor: Kiley Torti, Can-Fit Pro Personal Trainer & CESP Exercise Physiologist. Register by April 18.
