The Bow Valley Naturalists have been active in learning about local ecosystems and advocating for their protection since 1967. They host monthly meetings from October through April (except for December) on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 101 Bear Street. Guest speakers present lectures on natural history topics and environmental issues.

These ukulele classes are welcoming, inclusive and geared for you to succeed. No experience necessary. You will need to bring a ukulele, tuner and music stand for the first class. Some printed material will be provided. We will eventually be working from books that will need to be purchased. Please arrive early to set up. Instructor: Cindy Thompson. Everyone is welcome at drop-in public skating at The Fenlands. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. No sticks, pucks, figure skating jumps or spins. International certified helmets are required to be worn by all skaters 12 and under, and are highly recommended for all skaters. Scheduled times are subject to change without notice.
