    If you have never tried yoga and would like to get into a practice, this Try It Yoga class is for you. This gentle beginner practice is a great way to start your day and be introduced to the world of yoga. The Town of Banff’s community Try It yoga classes provide you with time to recharge and stretch your body and mind. Feel the energy as you lay your mat alongside members of your community. Our classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you want. Mats, props and instruction is provided on a drop-in basis.

    Learn basic life support skills you can use while you wait for emergency responders. Focus on casualty assessment, airway management, bleeding control and further injury prevention.
