Availability
Please contact us to check availability.  To start the booking process we require you to submit a completed Facility Booking Form.

Insurance
Certain facility bookings must provide a pdf copy of an insurance certificate:

• Bookings with alcohol
• High risk activities

Your insurance certificate must include:

• $2 million (per occurrence) of General Liability coverage
• The Town of Banff and Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada as represented by the Parks Canada Agency named as additional insured.

In some cases, you can purchase coverage through the Town of Banff’s insurance provider for approximately $200 per booking. This requires at least one week notice. Please contact the facility booking coordinator for details.

Conditions of Use
Each facility has Conditions of Use, that renters are required to adhere to.

Payment
A 25 per cent non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.  Balance of payment is due prior to your booking as specified in your permit. Payment can be made by telephone with either Visa or MasterCard, or in person by cash, cheque or credit card.

Cancellation

• More than five working days' notice: the 25 per cent non-refundable deposit is charged 
• Less than five working days' notice: no refund
