FireSmart Work January-March

FireSmart work to reduce the risk of wildfire entering the townsite will be taking place in the Town of Banff over the next 2-3 months, starting Monday, January 14. Crews will be cutting and burning branches and deadfall at various locations. You may notice smoke in the area, or hear chainsaws during this work. Signs will be put up in areas where work is taking place. If you have any questions, call the Banff Fire Department at 403.762.1256.
