Submitting Your Comments
A Public Hearing provides an opportunity for members of the public to provide feedback to Council on a proposed bylaw. Any member of the public may submit comments to Council at the public hearing, either in writing, in person or both.
Speak at the Meeting
To register in advance to speak, call 403.762.1209. Notices of verbal presentations received prior to noon on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 will be included in the agenda. People who have registered in advance are heard first. At the meeting, you will also have the opportunity of having your name added to the list of speakers. Presentation time is limited to five minutes for each speaker.
Provide Written Comments:
Digital written submissions are encouraged. Written submissions received by noon on Wednesday, December 13, 2017will be included in the agenda package for the meeting. Written submissions received after this date, but before the close of the public hearing will be provided to Council at the meeting and will become part of the public record. There is a call for written submissions at the hearing.
