  3. Annual Recycling Round-Up

    April 26, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Recycling depot in Fire Hall parking lot off Beaver Street

    A recycling round-up is held annually in the spring at the recycling depot in the Fire Hall parking lot off Beaver Street. Drop off items like paints, solvents, roofing tar, adhesives, fertilizers, computer equipment, TVs, propane canisters, and household products that contain corrosive, toxic, flammable, or reactive ingredients.

    Town of Banff FCSS wants to share with the community what they’ve learned from the recent Social Assessment. This free program focuses on developing your child’s communication skills and building friendships through fun activities and outdoor play. A light snack will also be provided. The After School Club is facilitated by the Settlement Services in the Bow Valley’s team - Jeanie Godfrey, Anna-Lisa Christilaw and Rose Akgol. It will run every Wednesday until June 18, 2014 (excluding holidays and professional development days). Parents must register their child and complete a waiver in advance.
