This parade is a tradition that dates back to when the National Army Cadet Camp was located in Banff National Park. Our classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you want. Mats, props and instruction is provided on a drop-in basis.
This traditional approach to yoga encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind. No class the 4th Tuesday of every month.
