This week, and this week only, you’re allowed to write on the walls. Chalkboard walls that is.
It's part of a new event offered by the Community Services department of the Town of Banff to encourage creativity and community interaction.
7 Days of Art features eight chalkboards located around Banff, such as at Town Hall, Central Park, 3 Ravens Courtyard, the Bison Courtyard, the YWCA and each of the schools. Anyone and everyone is invited to draw, doodle, share an inspiring poem or get creative with chalk.
The chalk walls are themed gratitude, adventure, freestyle and community ideas to help inspire and prompt you with a daily question or idea.
7 Days of Art is made possible by a generous grant from Banff Soroptomists.
