This parade is a tradition that dates back to when the National Army Cadet Camp was located in Banff National Park. Following the parade there will be a non-denominational drumhead ceremony in Central Park

  1. Chess Tournament - 2016 Canadian Rockies Chess Challenge

    Organizer: Jonathan Day. Tournament director: David Miller. Tournament format: 5-round Swiss CFC Rated. Time control: 90 minute games with a 30 second increment. Byes: Up to two half-point byes are allowed in rounds 1-4 if requested before the start of round 1. Coffee and refreshments will be provided. Prize Fund: Sum of entry fees.
